ASHLEY VARGO
A dedicated hair stylist since 2009, Ashley launched her career after graduating from The Paul Mitchell School of Raleigh. Following initial success at an upscale salon spa in Cary, NC, she boldly established her own salon studio after just two and a half years.
Ashley’s commitment to excellence is reflected in her extensive training, including studies at The Redken Exchange in New York and numerous hair conferences throughout the Carolinas. She holds certifications in Brazilian Blowout, Keratin Complex, and Babe Hair Extensions, with specialized expertise in Hand-Tied and Tape-In extension techniques.
Through her decade-plus journey in the industry, Ashley has continuously refined her craft to deliver exceptional results for her clients.
KYLIE SEAGROVES
Kylie Seagroves embarked on her journey in the beauty industry at Central Carolina Community College, studying Cosmetology in 2007. Passionate about hair coloring, she transferred to Paul Mitchell The School in Raleigh to specialize in dimensional coloring techniques. After graduation, Kylie honed her skills at a prestigious salon spa in Cary, NC.
In 2014, Kylie took a bold step and launched her own business, which has flourished ever since. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Kylie saw an opportunity for growth and collaboration. She joined forces with Ashley to create Milk and Honey The Hair Lounge, a beautiful new space where they could serve their clients together.
